The conference hotel, Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, is SOLD OUT.

The VOA has contracted a small block of rooms at the nearby Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino. The VOA's discounted rate is $375* per night. This rate is available until October 15, 2024, or until sold out. Please click here to make your reservations online. 

*All guestroom rates are subject to a room tax of 12.5%, a local tariff of 15% and a $3.50 per room per night AHATA levy. Extra person (3rd and 4th adult) rate is an additional $45 per person, per night. Children 17 and younger stay free. All rates subject to availability and are offered to attendees 2 days before and 2 days after the conference. 

Important Travel Information

• A Valid Passport is required to travel to Aruba.
• Airport Transfers: Taxi and Shuttles are available from the airport to the Hilton Hotel. Transfers are NOT included in the fee.
• Dress Code: Casual / Beach. Be comfortable, wear your flip-flops, and have fun!

• Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) card (IMPORTANT: REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO ARUBA)
• The Aruba ED Card (Embarkation/Disembarkation) is a mandatory requirement for all individuals, including infants and children, entering Aruba. It is necessary to complete and obtain approval for this document. To access the official ED Card page, kindly use the following link. While the decision to utilize such services is entirely yours, please note that it can easily be completed independently and free of charge within a few minutes. You can fill in the ED-Card as early as 7 days before you travel to Aruba.
