The 2023 VOA Fall Conference will be held October 20-22 at the Omni Richmond Hotel in Richmond, VA. There will be 10 hours of non-COPE continuing education available.

Lodging Information

Please contact the Omni Richmond Hotel at (804) 344-7000 and mention the Virginia Optometric Association to make your reservations, or click here to make your reservations online. The VOA discounted rate is $185* per night. Rates are applicable October 17-23, 2023. The number of rooms at this rate are limited. All reservations must be made no later than October 3, 2023.

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and checkout time is 12:00 pm.  All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night’s room and tax.
