Join us for the 2025 VOA Laser Certification Conference at the Omni Richmond Hotel in Richmond, VA. We will have two course offerings: a full certification course with CE, wet-lab and laser certification (Friday & Saturday) and a refresher course for those that are already laser certified (Sunday). If the Sunday refresher course sells out, we will open a second one on Monday, August 11.

The VOA discounted rate is $177 per night, plus appropriate taxes. Valet parking discounted to $30 per vehicle per night. Rates are applicable August 7 -10, 2025. The number of rooms at this rate are limited. All reservations must be made no later than July 15, 2025. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and checkout time is 12:00 pm.
