VOA Fall Conference Important Information

• The early bird deadline is September 24th. After this date, there is a $50 late fee for all registrants.
• The deadline to register is October 11th.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: All cancelations received by September 24th will be issued a full refund. Any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund, and will qualify for No call-no show if you are a VOA member.
• No call-no show: To promote fairness and responsible participation, the following No Call / No Show Policy will apply to all VOA members who register for any free VOA-sponsored conference or convention: First Occurrence: The member will receive a written warning reminding them of the impact of not attending and the requirements of this policy; Second Occurrence: The member will be assessed a $100 penalty fee, which must be paid before registering for any future VOA educational events; Third Occurrence: The member will lose the privilege of accessing free education opportunities through the VOA for a period determined by the Board of Trustees.

The VOA discounted rate is $329* per night. Rates are applicable October 23-24, 2026. The number of rooms at this rate are limited. All reservations must be made no later than September 22, 2026.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am.  Any reserved room cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax. These rates are for single/double occupancy.  Each additional adult will be $50 per person per night. 

(*All rates are subject to state and local taxes, fees and assessments. Discounted rate does not include daily Resort Fee of $39.00 per room, per day.)
