Richmond Eye Associates (REA) has a unique opportunity for an Optometrist to join our well-established, PHYSICIAN-OWNED private practice in central Virginia. Our collaborative team includes ophthalmologists, optometrists, and highly skilled technicians, along with administrative staff who provide comprehensive care across a wide range of eye conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye, refractive needs, and corneal disease.

REA is a respected multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Our current provider team includes five ophthalmologists and one optometrist, offering comprehensive and subspecialty services including cornea and refractive laser surgery. We pride ourselves on maintaining long-term relationships with our patients, who are managed within the practice rather than co-managed externally.

REA is supported by an exceptional and experienced staff, including a highly efficient billing department and well-trained technicians, allowing our providers to focus on clinical excellence.
