2018 VOA Fall Conference
The VOA is proud to announce that the 2018 Fall Conference will be held at the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa / Short Pump, October 20-21. Ten hours of continuing education will be offered if you attend both days.
On Saturday, Dr. Bruce Onofrey will present My Doc Told Me to Get an Eye Exam Because from 9:00 - 11:00 am, What's My Beef with Pharmacists from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm, and Management of Ocular Pain - Case Studies from 2:00 - 3:00 pm. Marc Haskelson of Compliancy Group will present the final two hours of CE on Saturday with Cybersecurity in The Age of Ransomware: New threats to the Healthcare Industry, Data Security, and HIPAA Compliance from 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
On Sunday, Dr. Mark Dunbar will present Understanding and Interpreting OCT from 8:00 - 9:00 am, New Horizons in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy from 9:00 - 10:00 am, and GL Talk, Pressure is ON from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.

Reservations must be made by September 27th at 5pm to receive the discounted rate. The VOA room rate is $145* per night.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 noon. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation no cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night’s room and tax. (*All rates are subject to 13.3% state and local taxes, per room per night. Taxes are subject to change without notice.)
